5 morning habits followed by successful people, enter them into your morning routine as well

 

Many of us start our day with a ringing alarm clock, a large cup of coffee and a quick check of our email. But if you analyze the morning habits of very successful people, that’s exactly what they don’t do.

 

1- Get rid of the alarm

Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos sleeps eight hours every night without an alarm clock. Bezos is a big supporter of waking up normally, without warning. Oprah also wakes up on her own. In her diary, she explained how to adjust her biological clock.

This will motivate you to start your day with vigour and creativity.

 

5- Ask yourself a question

The late Steve Jobs was asking himself every morning in the mirror.

“If today was the last day of my life, would I do what I would do today?

If the answer is no for several days in a row, I know I need to change something.”
