After each service in the Toyota network, 12 months or 15,000 km of warranty will be offered. A unique offer on the market that applies to all Toyotas, new or used under 10 years old, even previously maintained outside the official network. With T o y o t a Relax, the Japanese giant is once again demonstrating how confident it is in its products. The manufacturer’s warranty can thus be automatically extended after each maintenance in the network up to 10 years or 200,000 km.

Toyota is changing the game when it comes to warranty packages, with over a million vehicles now eligible for up to 10 years of manufacturer cover.

How much does the T o y o t a Relax warranty cost?

There is no cost to the customer. Once a vehicle has had a scheduled full or interim service at a Toyota centre, the warranty cover is automatically applied.

How long does the Toyota Relax warranty cover last?

Does T o y o t a Relax include roadside assistance cover?

Example: I have a Hilux that’s nine years and 11 months old that hasn’t been serviced for five years. What cover do I get?

Amazingly, as long as it’s within the 100,000-mile limit, you can still benefit from Toyota Relax. The vehicle will require a service at a T o y o t a centre for the cover to be activated, where it will then run for 12 months or 10,000 miles, whichever is the soonest. Any existing faults will need to be repaired before they will be covered by the warranty.
 

Example: My 2008  Land Cruiser rarely gets used, so only has 58,000 miles on the clock. What cover do I get?

As your Land Cruiser is more than 10 years old, T o y o t a Relax won’t be available to you.
 

Example: I cover a lot of miles in my 2017 Hilux, with the odometer showing 112,000 miles so far. What cover do I get?

Despite your truck being just four years old, as it’s over the 100,000-mile limit you won’t be eligible for the extended T o y o t a Relax cover.
